Splashes of Love
This workshop is led by Faduma Hassan and shows participants how art can not only be a hobby but a form of therapy and self-expression. It will provide participants with a hands-on opportunity to tap into their creativity, to see things in a new way, to learn about themselves, and to gain personal insight.

Circle of Self Worth
This workshop is led by Saira Hussain and focuses on regulating the connection between the heart and body individually and collectively with sisterhood and creative expression. Participants will be provided with opportunities of sound-therapy and guided imagery meditation. There will also be a “love letter writing” activity for participants to cherish and celebrate their physical bodies with God consciousness.

Pelvic Floor Performance
This workshop is led by Certified Athletic Therapist, Marwah Hashimi, and focuses on pelvic floor exercise training to improve coordination, control, and stability of the pelvic muscle. A strong pelvic floor can help improves overall athletic performance.

30-Minute Workouts
30-Minute Workouts led by Muay Thai Trainee Tasneem Mughal
HIIT Chicks Total Body | 12:15 PM - 12:45 PM
This is an aerobic and synth conditioning workout. This strength training and cardio bursts.
Alpha Girls Toning | 2:00 PM - 2:30 PM
This is a mat-based core training that includes abdominal, back, glutes, hips, and leg workouts.
Modifications will be provided for both workouts. Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear and don’t forget your water bottle!

Vision Your Wellness
This wellness workshop is led by Rahima Hussein and provides participants the opportunity to engage in hands-on activities centered on self-development, wellness, and empowerment, as well as a comfortable space to connect and learn.
The artistic component will include a Ramadan-themed vision board that participants can take home with them.

Yoga Stretch Wellness
Gather with your sisters for this very special yoga session led by Mehreen Mateen. This session will work on increasing one’s flexibility, improving breathing, and helping with balance. Simples relax, heal and enjoy the benefits.

Reflexology Treatment | 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM
This is an introductory treatment by Practitioner and Artist, Saira Hussain, that involves applying pressure to certain points with a therapeutic massage for your feet and legs. Reflexology supports your health by regulating your blood, oxygen, and hormone levels and can help regulate sleep.
Acupuncture Treatment | 12:45 PM - 5:00 PM
Come join us for further relaxation of the mind and body and get acupuncture done by registered Acupuncturist, Nese Tunc, who is passionate about health.
Fertility Support | 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Whether you are actively trying to conceive or planning to, certified Fertility Doula, Zakira Saleh, can help review your medical history and suggest ways to increase your chances of conception.
These are free 15 minute drop-in sessions.

The Give and Grow: Bloom Workshop
The Give and Grow's vision is to help positively impact the next generation of young girls and women through a shared love of sport, in-house wellness workshops, and female mentorship. During this workshop, you will customize your own one-of-one basketball planters and engage in discussions about personal growth. Participants will choose their own plant to accompany their basketball planter. All customization materials are included in this workshop.

ABOUT THE HOST:
Olivia Ho is an ex-healthcare worker turned entrepreneur amidst the pandemic. In late 2020, she founded The Give and Grow, a women-led initiative centered around one main purpose: growth. Whether it’s adding one of their basketball planters to help your space flourish, or working alongside community partners to host workshops for youth and BIPOC women, their goal is to facilitate the growth of everything and everyone around us. The Give and Grow's vision is to help positively impact the next generation of young girls and women through a shared love of sport, in-house wellness workshops, and female mentorship. In 2022, they worked alongside notable brands such as the NBA, Footlocker, Canada Goose, Toronto Raptors, Canada Basketball, adidas, and much more. Last year, they hosted over 24 community workshops, with over 592 participants in 4 different cities.

The best canvas for your custom is an ALL WHITE, BRAND NEW, LEATHER sneaker, with minimal markings. Got another pair in mind? No problem! We can guide you through working with any leather or canvas sneaker, but it may limit some of your customization options. The only material we don't accommodate or work with is suede.
HOW IT WORKS:
We have six customization stations for you to explore - PREP, COLOUR, TEXTURE, PRINT, ACCESSORIZE & FINISH. We'll guide you in how to use all the supplies & tools. The time you spend at each station & the tools you use are completely up to you & your creativity.

Basketball Skills Clinic
This skills clinic led by Bilqis Abdul-Qaadir and Batouly Camara will provide participants with an opportunity to learn beginner and advanced level basketball skills. The skills clinic is open to tournament participants and allies (ages 13+).
